Internship Accountant with German GBS (TM) - CTBC

Your tasks

As an Accounting Intern supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR), you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This position offers hands-on experience in core accounting processes, exposure to ERP systems, and collaboration with experienced professionals. You will contribute to maintaining smooth workflows, supporting month-end activities, and assisting the AP and AR teams in achieving operational excellence.
Accounts Payable (AP):
* Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
* Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices.
* Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
* Support month-end closing activities for AP.
* Provide assistance to the AP team in daily operations, including handling queries and preparing reports.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
* Prepare and issue customer invoices, follow up on invoice transmission, and send invoices to customers.
* Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
* Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections.
* Support month-end closing activities for AR.
* Provide assistance to the AR team in managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues. Read more Read less

Your profile

* Ongoing university studies in economics/finance;
* IT skills MS Office, SAP FI is a plus;
* English - Intermediate;
* German- Advanced,
* Analytical and logical thinking;
* Initiative / pro-activeness;
* Self-motivation, positive attitude;
