Your Tasks

We are looking for an Supply Chain Intern to join our Logistics Team starting in June. During your internship, you will get a deeper understanding of the entire responsibility of our Department. You will learn how a Logistics Department of an international FMCG company works and gain practical knowledge that will be extremely useful in your field in the future.

Your tasks might include:

* Verification and monitoring of the weights related to the picks for goods delivery;
* Notifications on retailer's platforms in order to schedule goods deliveries;
* Comparison of stocks, verification of picks for the goods, verification of stock movements, identification of differences and solving them;
* Creation of SN (Shipping Notification) for goods deliveries of local and external suppliers;
* Confirmation of picks at the end of the month according to the requests from Customer Service;
* Other daily activities related to the Logistics Department (email, Teams Meetings, etc.)

Your Profile

* You are finishing your Bachelor's or Master's degree, majors connected with Supply Chain or Logistics are nice to see
* You have full fluency in English and Romanian
* Availability for at least 6 hours per day for a total period of 6 months
* You have good Excel skills and are IT literate
* You possess analytical skills and a flair for numbers
* You have a proactive and collaborative personality with strong communication and social skills
* You are interested in starting a career in FMCG
