IT Support intern (6 months)

Descrizione del lavoro:

* User support: Efficiently allocate resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and support the organization's evolving needs.
* IT services: Provide technical expertise on IT related issues reported by internal staff, and ensure smooth running of computers, network devices, printers and other tools
* Update and maintain technical support documentations and reports. Set up and preparing new IT equipment for onboarding/offboarding processes
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between the IT helpdesk and other IT teams, such as technical operations, security, to facilitate seamless resolution of complex issues and enhance overall IT service delivery.
* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance helpdesk processes to streamline support delivery, maximize productivity, and improve end-user satisfaction.
* Technology Integration: Collaborate with other IT teams to evaluate emerging tools that enhance helpdesk capabilities, such as automation and self-service portals

Requisiti del candidato:

* Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
* Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN technology including switching and routing fundamentals
* Experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration is a plus
* Initiative, enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
* Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
* Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
