Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities
* Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities
* Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model
* Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns
* Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material
* Support the team on investment due diligence
* Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund
* Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines
* Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a right attitude and passion to learn new things
* Detail-oriented and meticulous individual and able to identify big picture
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
