Identity and Access Management Intern

Internship Period: 11 January 2027 - 30 June 2027

The intern is responsible for supporting the automation, optimization, and reporting of Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational processes across User Access Management (UAM), Identity Governance (IG), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) functions.

The role will leverage Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power BI to automate business-as-usual (BAU) activities, improve operational efficiency, enhance audit readiness, and provide management with actionable insights through dashboards and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Development of IAM operational dashboards
* Automation of selected manual reporting activities
* KPI and metrics reporting templates
* Process documentation and user guides
* Data quality and reporting improvement recommendations
