As an HR intern, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to the business leaders and employees in Singapore. You will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to ensure the successful implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support the business strategy and objectives. * Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures and initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. * Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing guidance on resolution. * Provide HR analytics and insights to business leaders to support decision-making. Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Possess influencing, negotiating, and facilitating skills * Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing operations environment.
