About Our Team Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates. - Support HR projects, including talent review, engagement initiatives, and organizational planning - Assist in data tracking, reporting, and documentation with high accuracy - Coordinate with stakeholders across different markets and functions - Provide logistical and communication support for HR programs and events - Cross-functional followup and individual General Inquiry - Documentation preparation for mobility/transfers

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership - Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Solid project management skills - Business-level fluency in English, good to have Chinese ability. As daily communication with the China regional business team is required, Chinese proficiency serves as the foundation for smooth cross-regional collaboration. Preferred Qualification - Familiarity with project coordination, data reporting, or HR programs and events is a plus
