About the team

Be a part of a young, friendly, dynamic and multicultural team, with people from across the world, at (COMPANY NAME)'s world-famous Digital Hub in Barcelona. As part of the Global Digital Customer Experience team, you'll directly support the Digital Value Advisory, Digital Solution Advisory, and Digital Deal Strategy areas.

Digital Value Advisory: The Digital Value Advisory ("DVA") practice advises (COMPANY NAME)'s customers on digital transformation by developing value propositions and business cases for technology investment. A core driver of (COMPANY NAME)'s long-term cloud strategy, the DVA team drives profitable growth for (COMPANY NAME) by delivering scalable value advisory services, integrating intelligent technologies into engagement models, and leveraging standardized methodologies

Digital Solution Advisory: We provide an incredible buying journey for customers, from discovery conversations to understand the client's needs to demonstrating how we could help them realize their organizational goals. We are often deemed the best-in-class (COMPANY NAME) masters, thanks to our solution, business process and industry knowledge. Digital Deal Strategy Advisory: Our purpose is to transform business complexity into opportunities. What you'll do:

Position title: (COMPANY NAME) iXp Intern - Digital Customer Experience

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Expected start date: July, August 2024

Expected duration: min. 6 months up to 1 year

In this role, you'll:

In this internship, you'll work closely with the DVA, DSA, and DDSA Global Heads in the following areas:

* Help run, build, and improve our current reporting tools, dashboards, and processes;

* Monitor KPIs / MBOs and help build the right content for Quarterly Business Reviews;

* Support on internal events, communications, and team calls;

* Ad-hoc reporting and creation of recommendations/presentations/summaries for leadership team and key stakeholders

* Current Bachelors or Masters student pursuing degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or similar

* Strong knowledge of MS-Office suite - especially, advanced skills in MS Excel

* Medium to advanced knowledge of PowerBI

* Interest in software and technology - first familiarity of/willingnes to learn using (COMPANY NAME) products (SAC) fast and work independently with them after a short time

* Quick understanding and adaptability of new tools/systems

* Fluent in English (spoken & written). Other languages are considered an asset.

* You set high standards for task execution and are not afraid to follow up to get things done.

* You also like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

* You have a track record of strong academic and personal achievements.
