The brand is present in 40 countries and benefits from a good visibility in major beauty stores such as Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud or in parapharmacies and pharmacies. In Spain, Erborian is available through its website, at Sephora and pharmacies.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Team in Spain, you will be responsible for supporting the brand awareness development and support the team on the marketing plans with Sephora and pharmacies

SEPHORA 360ª SUPPORT
Support the 360ª of Trade Marketing Operations :
* Development of POS and visibility supports
* Development of communication supports (flyers, sampling,…)
* Ensuring the correct implementation of promotional actions and marketing activities at Sephora.
* Resource management (testers, samples, GWP, etc…)
* New product referencing and assortment update. Development of sales and training materials
* Update new products training presentations
* Translation, adaptation and development of merchandising tools
* Organization and preparation of team training sessions/events.
* Support on the recap and analysis of the campaigns

PHARMACIES 360º SUPPORT

* Daily support to the sales team with marketing needs
* Development and elaboration of sales and merchandising tools
* Production of prospecting tools
* Support the organization of pharmacy salons to build brand awareness in the sector and events with VIP accounts
* Collaboration in the creation of new offers for clients
* Identify and filter pharmacy opportunities (prospection) when they contact via Instagram

Perfil

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
* Spanish native with high English level (French is a plus)
* Previous experience in Marketing/Communication is a plus
* Must be able to be full-time and have an agreement with your university
* Enthusiasm and ability to work with Office package, Canva…
* Communication skills and ability to interact with clients
* Wide degree of creativity
* Autonomous, proactively coming up with proposals and initiatives, problem solver
* Collaborative, eager to work in an international environment and across multiple teams
* Based or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain
