Position: Corporate Development Intern

Location: Hybrid - San Jose, CA

Educational Recommendation:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution.

* Support financial analysis and assist in building simple valuation models for M&A and strategic projects.
* Collaborate with team members during various stages of the deal process, including research, document preparation, and information organization.
* Research market trends, competitors, and industry data to inform decision-making.
* Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and dashboards as directed.
* Contribute to annual planning and investment reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information

Requisiti del candidato:

* Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in financial modeling; willingness to learn and develop these skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Interest in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance.
