Your impact

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Application Portfolio Analyst Intern who is passionate about learning and gaining hands-on experience in the field. As an Application Portfolio Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience enabling app inventory reliability, cost transparency, and lifecycle governance to support enterprise rationalization and cost optimization at scale. This is an excellent opportunity for a current student to grow their skills and advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

* Maintain enterprise application inventory and data quality
* Consolidate/validate cost, usage, and contract data; reconcile inconsistencies
* Support evidence-based rationalization analysis
* Provide leadership reporting and support OCM via SharePoint hub, trainings, and reviews

Here's what you'll need

* Current enrollment in a degree seeking program in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related field
* Advanced Excel experience (pivots, lookups, reconciliation)
* Experience with PowerPoint
* High attention to detail in documentation
* Strong analytical/structured problem solving
* 3.0 GPA or higher

Ideally, you'll also have

* Prior internship or relevant project experience with Power BI
* Prior internship or relevant project experience with SharePoint
* Prior internship or relevant project experience in cost/business analytics

The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $65,200.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
