The Opportunity

This MIM Summer Analyst program offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic and collaborative professional environment. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain exposure to key business functions, processes, and strategic initiatives. Through practical assignments, networking opportunities, and professional development experiences, interns will strengthen both technical and interpersonal skills while building industry knowledge and expanding their professional network. The program is designed to provide a well-rounded experience that supports career growth and prepares participants for future professional success.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day business activities and contribute to projects that align with team and organizational objectives.
* Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare insights, reports, or presentations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on business processes, projects, and operational priorities.
* Participate in meetings, networking events, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance business knowledge and skills.
* Assist with process improvements, documentation, and other assignments while gaining exposure to industry practices and organizational operations.

Required Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous internship, leadership, volunteer, campus involvement, or project experience demonstrating initiative and collaboration in a finance, investment, business, or analytical environment.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is 30-32/Hour.
