Job Summary
Caterpillar is seeking motivated high school students from Keller ISD and Arlington ISD to gain meaningful, on-the-job experience. This program provides students the opportunity to build on their academic knowledge while developing professional skills in a corporate and production environment.

Minimum Requirements
* Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale (no rounding)
* At least 16 years old at the time of application
* Currently enrolled as a high school Junior
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Must be a student in Keller ISD or Arlington ISD (Texas)

Additional Details
* On-site internship starting September 2026 (6-12 hours per week)
* Locations include Irving, TX and Fort Worth, TX
* Relocation assistance is not available

Summary Pay Range:$15.00 - $17.50

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
