Job Description Summary
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for medical devices and components.

Job Description

* Support AME engineers in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
* Collect and analyze data to identify areas for efficiency gains and defect reduction.
* Participate in the creation and review of manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flowcharts, and engineering change orders.
* Conduct time studies and process capability analyses.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production to ensure seamless product introduction.
* Assist in the evaluation and selection of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
* Contribute to problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing challenges.

Job Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field).
* Strong academic record.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. communication skills
