About the Team The Safety Product team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Public Opinion Detection: Participate in designing and continuously optimizing proactive detection, monitoring and early warning mechanisms for search-related public opinion, achieving early discovery, early analysis and early disposal. - Intervention Strategy: Maintain customized public opinion intervention methods and platforms for search, including but not limited to: construction and operation of sensitive word library platforms, data training and evaluation of public opinion-oriented large models, as well as link design and effect review of intervention strategies. - Emergency Response & Disposal: Be responsible for public opinion emergency response, conduct rapid and accurate intervention on sudden search security public opinion incidents, complete post-incident analysis and review, and promote systematic improvement

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's in computer science, statistics, information management, data science or a related discipline. - Extremely sensitive and curious about content, public opinion and social hot topics, able to proactively explore and understand risks and logic behind various types of content. - Possess basic knowledge of security link design, understand the full process from content triggering to intervention; able to quickly learn new knowledge and tools (such as large model applications) and apply them to practical work amid rapidly evolving business and emerging risks. Preferred qualifications: - Operation experience in search, recommendation, information, content security, risk control or related fields; - Experience in using or operating sensitive word systems, review systems, strategy platforms and other tools; - Experience in participating in large model data training, evaluation or application projects
