Service Coordinator Intern support departments in an administrative, organizing and supporting, to guarantee an effective and efficient execution to support site operation.

Role and responsibilities

Office environment assistance
KPI dashboard maintenance
Teams data management
fab event support
flexible support for team activities

Education and experience

No specific working experience requirement

Skills

basic Microsoft application skills
proactively personality and willing to engage with people
Learning mindset, actively learns and develops based on experiences and feedback

Other information

Minimum 2 days working per week
familiar with Teams/Sharepoint using will be a plus
