What you will do:
* Support merchant information setup and product onboarding processes on the platform
* Conduct test bookings to ensure product setup and booking flow are functioning properly
* Create instructional materials for booking processes
* Coordinate with third-party partners to facilitate onboarding, testing, and issue resolution
* Handle post-booking issues and provide operational support to ensure smooth customer experience
* Work closely with Business Development (BD) and Planning teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution
* Provide cross-functional support for ongoing operational tasks and projects

What you will need:
* Fluent in both Chinese and English
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in presentation deck creation
* Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
* Globally minded and able to collaborate with diverse teams
* A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
