* Review potential TC's required
* Set-up of new items inventory parameters
* Set-up of new suppliers
* Review EDI implementation with supplier
* Support / Set-up customer master data setup
* Review EDI implementation with customer
* Raise Program Unique part List (UPL
* )Review and adjust UPL with new Design Changes / Supply Base Data
* Review with Program Buyer critical sourcing situations / Set-ups
* Review with Supply Base validation builds quantities and timings
* Supplier readiness report against program milestones
* Load / Review Build quantities in ERP system
* Review MRP data
* Review Customer samples requests
* Raise DSO's to support samples shipments
* Identify required cycle counts, investigate deviations
* Review inside MP&L new Program Status
* Raise New Model SOP bulletins
* Items transfer from New Model Area to Release & Follow-up
* Inventory parts control (new parts)
* Review all potential obsoletes associated with New Program
