What You'll Do:
* Coordinate with the IT Helpdesk team to address user requests.
* Support the smooth operation of operating systems and applications.
* Meticulously document your work.
* Provide support to internal customers regarding IT applications and collaborate with global teams as needed.

What We're Looking For:
* Currently a 3rd or 4th-year student or a recent graduate in Computer/Software Engineering or a related field,
* Proficient in English,
* Effective in using MS Office applications,
* Process-oriented with analytical skills,
* Possessing strong analytical thinking skills,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
* A team player,
* Successful in interpersonal relationships,
* Having a basic understanding of networking,
* Willing to take on responsibilities,
* Helpdesk experience is a plus,
* Attentive to reporting and documentation, with strong customer focus and problem-solving skills,
* Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week and for a long-term period,
