[Internship] Indirect Purchasing Intern

Job Description

* RFQ & Supplier Coordination: Prepare and distribute requests for quotations, manage supplier responses, and coordinate communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quotes
* Market Research & Supplier Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate sourcing opportunities, and maintain an updated supplier database
* Negotiation & Purchasing Follow-up: Support negotiation efforts with suppliers, track purchase orders, and follow up on delivery status and order fulfillment
* Purchasing Reports & Documentation: Prepare purchasing reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities and transactions
* Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Final year student in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Purchasing
* Previous Purchasing or Supply Chain internship is an advantage
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Detail-oriented with careful attention to data and document handling
* Comfortable working with numbers and managing follow-up tasks systematically
* Coordination and negotiation skills are a plus
* Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
* Team player with a service-oriented mindset
* Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Careful, disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines
* Available for full-time internship position
