Estaba muy entusiasmada por trabajar en el Hotel Lujoso, ya había acabado la parte teórica.
EL primer día llegue, fueron amables que explicarme las funciones del Hotel.
Para empezar el día, me Mandaron a comprar periódico para los huéspedes del Hotel.
En mi opinion me pareció una falta de respeto, pero me lo tomé como parte del trabajo.
Pro: El Hotel en sí, super organizado con bastante profecionalismo.
Contro: Un poco más de apoyo por los que ya tienen experiencia en el sector, no estaría nada mal.
He aprendido todas las tareas necesarias para la profesión, pero la atención por parte de la tutora y los empleados podría haber sido más dedicada. Había empleadas más implicadas que otras, pero su forma de proceder eran muy distintas: mientras una de ellas me explicaba paso por paso, otra simplemente me "dejaba hacer" sin darme indicaciones y enfadándose si no hacía bien alguna tarea (si no me indicas cómo es, ¿cómo esperas que lo haga bien a la primera?), esta en concreto me trataba como si yo fuese una molestia, más que como alguien que puede ayudar en picos de trabajo (en una ocasión había muchos clientes y se hizo cargo de ella todo en vez de encargarme, por así decirlo, la parte "fácil" para que así ella al menos tuviese menos carga).
En conclusión: aprendí la mayor parte por iniciativa propia que porque el equipo estuviera un poco preocupado por mí. Lo cuál no creo que sea lo más adecuado. Mi consejo sería que asignaran a una o dos personas del equipo que SÍ sirvan para enseñar y que el alumno/a asista a las prácticas en los mismos horarios que estas personas, para así sacar el mayor partido.
Pro: El uso informático y de funcionamiento propio del hotel fueron correctos
Contro: Lo mencionado arriba: más implementación y mejor asignación de tareas a los empleados a la hora de formar a quien está de prácticas
