Poste et missions

You will join our team for a VIE mission starting in December 2026.
Key responsabilities:
Client Coverage & Origination
* Support Senior Bankers & Relationship Managers in the origination and structuring of financing and advisory opportunities across the client portfolio ;
* Contribute to Advisory pitches (debt and equity related) and prepare high-quality marketing and origination materials ;
* Monitor client news flow, sector developments and market trends to identify origination opportunities ;
* Liaise directly with business lines - Global Markets, M&A, DCM/ECM, Acquisition & Infrastructure Finance - to coordinate tailored client solutions ;

Credit & Risk Analysis
* Lead the preparation of internal credit analyses and Credit Applications for new transactions ;
* Build and maintain financials, credit ratings and risk assessments across the coverage universe ;
* Defend credit files in internal committees, working closely with Risk, Compliance and Legal ;
* Track financial performance and key credit risk indicators of the portfolio of clients ;

Client & Management Reporting
* Draft client briefing notes, sector overviews and strategic updates for senior management ;
* Prepare committee presentations and board-level materials summarising client strategy, financials and transaction rationale ;
* Support KYC, onboarding and due diligence processes in coordination with middle office and operations teams ;

This position is only open to candidates who are eligible for the Business France V.I.E program:
- French or European citizens
- Between 18 and 28 years old
- To be from a country other than the host country
- Graduated

Profil et compétences requises

You have a higher education degree at Master's level (Bac + 5) in Finance, Economics, Business or Engineering from a leading academic institution.
You bring over 1 year of relevant experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, credit analysis, or a related front-office function.
You possess strong credit analysis skills, with sound understanding of corporate credit fundamentals.
You demonstrate professional fluency in Spanish and English.
You show proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint). VBA, Python, or Capital IQ experience is a plus.
You exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside the ability to synthesize complex information for senior audiences.
You display strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
