About The Role
Are you a technical professional with a passion for people, performance, and continuous improvement? As a Technical Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of critical production and facility equipment at Coca-Cola's Ghent site.
Guiding a team of skilled technicians, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate planned and reactive works, and drive improvements that support operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.
How You Add Value
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a strong safety and performance culture.
* Plan, coordinate, and prioritize preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
* Work closely with production, engineering, and site leadership teams to align maintenance priorities with operational goals.
* Monitor workload, resources, and maintenance schedules to ensure efficient execution of planned activities.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with site procedures, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards.
* Support the implementation of new equipment, processes, and operational improvements.
* Track maintenance performance KPIs and use data-driven insights to enhance team effectiveness.
* Promote collaboration, accountability, and best practice across the site.
Who we are looking for?:
* Proven experience in a maintenance, engineering, or technical leadership role within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, or industrial environment.
* Previous experience leading or supervising technical teams.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
* Ability to prioritize workloads, manage competing demands, and make sound operational decisions.
* Hands-on problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Comfortable working with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Technical qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
