Realizar o acompanhamento ativo das ordens de serviço em andamento junto às oficinas credenciadas;
Garantir atualização constante do status das ordens de serviço nos sistemas;
Com apoio do time técnico, atuar diretamente na cobrança das oficinas para cumprimento dos prazos;
Manter contato frequente e estruturado com oficinas credenciadas;
Dar celeridade nas liberações de veículos, buscando alternativas para redução de atrasos;
Realizar abertura de protocolos de qualidade, quanto ao não cumprimento de padrões por parte das oficinas.

Requisitos:
Ensino médio completo
Conhecimento com pacote office
Diferencial: Experiência com atendimento ao cliente
