We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Europe team, as maternity cover. Joining an ambitious Marketing team at a world renowned, industry leading brand, this position provides the right candidate a great opportunity to improve perception of (COMPANY NAME) across the customer journey by driving concrete outcomes. The Europe team is responsible for Marketing initiatives that build brand value and drive successful growth in Europe, through a deep understanding of customers' needs and market trends.

Key responsibilities:

* Responsible for positioning (COMPANY NAME) as an insightful partner in logistics, with specific focus on Inland and Customs solutions.
* Define marketing plan, including content & media strategy for these solutions, in line with business priorities.
* Convert product value propositions into persuasive messaging to address consumer demands / pain points and connect with the defined target market.
* Responsible for optimizing the customer journeys as part of integrated product and vertical campaigns. Targeting both existing customers, with the objective to increase "share of wallet", and new prospects to drive additional growth.
* Identify the appropriate activation channels, based on customer buying journey, most effective for the selected target audience.
* Collaborate with internal and external agencies from brief development through to messaging and creative development and execution.

We are looking for:
* University degree in business or marketing
* Solid experience with background in Campaign Marketing / Digital Marketing, preferably from a B2B business.
* Profound experience in building multi-channel campaigns, both organically and with paid media, including PPC, social media, event management and other digital channels.
* Proven track record for developing content strategy, media strategy, working with intent data, utilizing social selling.
* Ability to define and optimize customer journeys with effective content, media and channel strategy.
* Ability to use metrics to gain internal buy-in and develop objectives
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Strong verbal and written English
* Profound experience in briefing and working with agencies
