The essence of the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Associate to join our team, specializing in managing industry association memberships and competitive intelligence within the CPaaS sector. As our new Product Marketing Associate, you will report to the VP Product Marketing and you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with key industry associations, driving brand visibility, and positioning (COMPANY NAME) as a thought leader in the CPaaS space.
As Product Marketing Associate, you will work with:
Association Relationship Management
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, fostering collaboration and partnership opportunities.
* Represent (COMPANY NAME) at association events, conferences, and meetings.
Membership Strategy
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging with industry associations, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
* Identify and evaluate new association opportunities that align (COMPANY NAME)'s goals.
Thought Leadership
* Position (COMPANY NAME) as a thought leader within industry associations through content creation, speaking engagements, and participation in relevant forums.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content that showcases our expertise and innovation in the CPaaS space.
Competitive/Market Intelligence
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes through active participation in association activities and regular market research.
* Provide insights to internal teams on market developments that may impact (COMPANY NAME)'s products and services.
Content Creation
* Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with association events and industry trends.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging and informative content, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
Event Management
* Coordinate the company's participation in industry association events, including sponsorships, exhibitions, and speaking opportunities.
* Ensure a consistent and impactful presence at relevant industry gatherings.
Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams
* Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and incorporate market intelligence into product marketing strategies.
* Provide support for product launches and promotional activities related to association partnerships.

Who are you?

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
* Proven experience in product marketing within the technology or CPaaS industry
* Demonstrated success in managing relationships with industry associations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
