As an Epic Willow Ambulatory Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving healthcare transformation projects, working closely with global teams, clients, and technology experts.
You will:
* Lead analysis and documentation of current and future-state business workflows
* Design and optimize billing processes within Epic Resolute
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
* Support testing cycles (UAT, performance, and product testing)
* Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams
* Contribute to system implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
* Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations

* ✔️ Proven +1 experience as an Epic Willow Ambulatory Sr. Analyst or Team Lead
* ✔️ Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (required)
