Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of data across the region.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to establish data quality requirements and metrics.
* Identify and address data quality issues through root cause analysis and proactive data cleansing efforts.
* Lead data quality improvement initiatives and monitor data quality performance metrics.
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain and improve data quality standards.
* Provide guidance and support in data quality best practices and procedures to internal teams.
* Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data quality.

hybrid Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in data quality management, with a strong focus on data analytics.
* Deep understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and data management best practices.
* Working with data quality tools, strong knowledge of tools and HR process flow
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
* Ability to drive change and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
