Our client is a major Spanish IT provider for the global travel and tourism industry.

This solution provides search, pricing, booking, ticketing and other processing services in real-time to travel providers and travel agencies through its CRS (computer reservation system) distribution business area. It also offers computer software that automates processes such as reservations, inventory management software and departure control systems. It services customers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, car rental and railway companies, ferry and cruise lines, travel agencies and individual travellers directly.

Mission goals:
As a Power Bi Developer you will be part of the IT Security Office (Client's CISO Team), having the mission to creation and update of applications security dashboards.

You will have to design and develop Power BI reports, enhance the decision making and bring business intelligence, database, BI tools expertise to your team.

Responsibilities:
* Study, analyze and understand business requirements in context to business intelligence.
* Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights.
* Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
* Spot key performance indicators with apt objectives
* Analyze pervious and present data for better decision making
* Transform business requirements into technical publications
* Build data models
* Develop strong data documentation
* Perform detailed analysis on tested and deployed Power BI scripts
* Define and design new systems
* Identify the requirements and develop custom charts accordingly

Professional competencies

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics or similar.

Requested technical competencies:
* At leat 1 year of experience of working with Microsoft Power BI

Would be a plus:
* Python knowledge - big plus
* Knowledge of DAX or Power Query (M) language
* Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence stack
* Data warehouse development
* Working experience with agile development methods (Scrum)
