* Lead and promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture across the project and contractor teams.
* Develop, implement and maintain the Site HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations to continuously improve site safety performance.
* Deliver HSE training, inductions and awareness programs, while supporting emergency response and Permit to Work processes.
* Monitor HSE KPIs, prepare reports, manage documentation and support supplier HSE qualification and continuous improvement initiatives

Ihr Profil:

* Degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH); additional certifications are an advantage.
* Minimum 5 years of site-based HSE leadership experience in Construction/Commissioning on large international projects.
* Strong knowledge of Slovak and international HSE regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SCC, and HSE best practices.
* Certified ISO 14001/45001 Auditor with good MS Office skills.
* Fluent in Slovak and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
