Ready to shape the future of enterprise field service solutions? We're looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer who thrives on designing cutting-edge systems, leading technical delivery, and turning complex business challenges into powerful digital solutions.
You'll play a key role in transforming operations through smart architecture, modern cloud technologies, and best-in-class development practices.
What You'll Be Doing
* Architect, build and deliver enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions end-to-end
* Develop secure, scalable applications using C#, Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure
* Act as a technical leader, partnering with product owners and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
* Drive best practices around governance, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution quality
* Influence technical direction and mentor others as part of a high-performing engineering team

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* 5+ years in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform development
* Strong in C#/.NET, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and Azure services
* Excellent communication & leadership skills
* Bonus: Microsoft certifications, Field Service & AI experience
