Visual Merchandising Manager - Mediterranean Region

You will drive the Visual Merchandising strategy across the Mediterranean region, covering Spain, Portugal, Greece, Morocco, Turkey, Israel, and Kazakhstan. By leading a team of Visual Merchandisers across the region, you will lead the execution of the Maisons Visual merchandising strategy across stores, pop ups and retail events to support brand consistency and commercial performance, elevate the Client experience, ensure consistent brand execution, and support business performance across a diverse and geographically dispersed market.
Significant Visual Merchandising experience in luxury or premium multi-category retail, ideally in a regional or multi-store environment. Proven leadership experience managing or influencing VM teams across multiple locations. Strong business acumen and ability to connect VM decisions to commercial performance. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Store Managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Comfortable working in a multicultural, multilingual environment. English required; additional regional languages are a plus. Availability to travel frequently across the region
