Job Title : Data Science Intern

Job Summary:

The Data Science Intern is responsible for supporting ODAP frontend development and data pipeline workflows within the manufacturing and testing environment.

The intern will work closely with Data Platform Engineers, station software engineers, and cross-functional teams to assist in data collection, cleaning, processing, and dataset preparation, enabling data analysis and AI/ML applications.

Job Description :

* Assist in evaluating and understanding data-related requirements from manufacturing and test processes, and help document workflows
* Support ODAP frontend development, testing, and usability improvements
* Perform data collection, ingestion, and integration from multiple systems (e.g., test platforms, databases)
* Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing to ensure data quality
* Assist in building and maintaining structured datasets for training and analysis
* Collaborate with Data Platform Engineers on data pipeline improvements and system integration
* Support data validation, basic analytics, visualization, and internal documentation

Skills and Abilities:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Familiar with Python and data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
* Basic understanding of data lifecycle (collection, cleaning, processing)
* Familiar with SQL or basic database concepts
* CET-4 or above, with good reading, writing, and communication skills in English
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred:

* Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS)
* Understanding of data pipelines or ETL workflows
* Basic knowledge of machine learning workflows or dataset preparation
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Power BI)
* Interest in AI/ML and data platform development

Education Required :

Bachelor's degree or above (in progress)
