The internal plant transportation team needs you!
As part of the Bremen local transport concept, our team is responsible for all material transportation from the external warehouses and service providers to the plant as well as the control to the production halls.
In addition, internal transport functions between the trades and the logistics service provider management of the external trailer yard are among the essential core functions.
Our team consists of highly motivated and friendly colleagues who look forward to your support and value communicating with each other directly and at eye level in regular meetings.
These are some of the tasks you will be expected to perform
* You will support our team in the planning and control of transportation across halls
* You will be involved in the development and implementation of new delivery concepts in the internal plant area and the connection of external warehouses Create and interpret statistics, as well as interpretation and visualization using Excel and Syncrotess and find potential for improvement
* Collaboration in cross-departmental projects and participation in project teams, e.g. rollout of new software and reallocation of transport relations
* Accounting/auditing
* Support and moderation of regular communication with several service providers (daily store floor meeting)

Qualifikationen

Ideally you have the following:
* You are studying industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study with a focus on logistics
* You have confidence and experience with the common MS Office products and skills in the analytical handling of data (e.g. Excel)
* You have a high degree of initiative, commitment, motivation and are a good communicator and team player
* You are business fluent in English and German
* A completed basic degree and initial practical experience would be great, for example through completed vocational training in the field of freight forwarding or logistics
