Description du poste

COLLECTION COORDINATION
* Support the follow-up of seasonal retro-planning and collection development across Product Development, Studio, Collection and Visual Merchandising teams.
* Coordinate communication and follow-up between cross-functional teams throughout the collection process.
CREATIVE & STUDIO SUPPORT
* Digitalize moodboards and visual presentations for seasonal collections using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Assist with studio logistics, including fitting preparation, sample organization, model coordination and daily operational support during collection periods.
ACCOUNTANCY/ ADMINISTRATION
* Oversee invoice workflow and support issue resolution.
* Maintain office procedures and supplies.
* Coordinate office equipment maintenance and provide daily administrative support.
TRAVEL & FREELANCE
* Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
* Follow up freelance planning, contracts, purchase orders and payments.

Profil recherché

* Fluent in English and French.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills
