🌟 Role Objective
As a Product Support Intern, you will support the Business Development and Technical Account Management team in Peru, actively contributing to the coordination and follow-up of key activities related to product, software, and sample delivery to customers.
This role has a strong operational and analytical focus, aimed at ensuring that products meet all the necessary requirements for commercialization. Your responsibilities will include software mapping, documentation validation, sample coordination, and support to internal teams, ensuring that information is accurate, organized, and readily available for proper commercial execution.
You will also gain exposure to regional teams, contributing to process improvements and building both technical and business skills in a dynamic corporate environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Map and track software pending approval for products.
* Ensure all required documentation is complete and available for commercialization.
* Install and validate software on sample devices.
* Coordinate the shipment of samples to operators and customers.
* Verify that products meet technical requirements prior to delivery.
* Support product management activities, including product mapping and documentation.
* Maintain information organized, updated, and accessible for the team.
* Coordinate with internal and regional teams to ensure proper execution of processes.
* Provide operational support related to business development and account management activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product readiness and successful implementation.
✅ Requirements
* University student (7th semester onwards) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Intermediate level of English (interaction with regional teams, mainly Brazil and China).
* Intermediate Excel skills (preferred).
* Interest in product, technology, and software/hardware management.
* Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Resilience and adaptability.

📅 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in the office)
⏰ Schedule: Part-time (6 hours per day), with flexibility to accommodate academic schedules
