About the team The Creator Operations team partners closely with celebrities, top-tier creators, and rising influencers to accelerate the growth of the e-commerce ecosystem. As champions of the creator economy, we play a vital role in shaping sustainable business models for Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) across key verticals and ensuring the voice of creators is represented throughout the organization. About the Role In this role, you will be working closely with the team in driving the growth and success of creator and affiliate monetization. We collaborate closely with agency executives, KOL networks, and internal leadership to design and implement long-term growth strategies. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Support the team in driving end-to-end growth initiatives across assortment, traffic, conversion, and seller performance through data analysis and structured problem solving. - Assist in strategic projects and growth experiments, including promotional mechanics, subsidy programs, flash sales, and other platform initiatives to improve business performance. - Analyze user behavior, marketplace trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights. - Support the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experiments, including performance tracking and measurement of results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across category, operations, product, search, campaigns, and regional stakeholders to support project execution and alignment. - Help translate business challenges into scalable processes, operational improvements, and product or workflow recommendations. - Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews to communicate insights and support strategic decision-making

Ihr Profil:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a undergraduate in Business or a related Marketing discipline. - Strong interest in eCommerce, marketplace growth, business strategy, or platform operations. - Capable of cross functional collaboration, managing stakeholder relationships with excellent business negotiation skills, resource integration capabilities, and the ability to negotiate with partner managers while aligning internal resources. - Excellent data literacy and ability to interpret, forecast, and report business performance using data.
