About this role:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant (P2P) to join our team in Madrid. As a Junior Accountant (P2P), you will be primarily responsible for supplier invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor master data management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to foster your experience in finance operations within a dynamic and multicultural environment. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

* Supplier Invoice Processing:
* Assist in the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
* Review invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
* Payment Processing:
* Support the payment process by verifying payment terms, amounts, and other relevant details.
* Coordinate with finance team members to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
* Assist in reconciling payment records.
* Vendor Master Data Management:
* Maintain vendor master data in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
* Update vendor records as needed, including changes in contact information, payment terms, and banking details.
* Manage vendor onboarding, including the collection and verification of required documentation.
* BSAR
* Responsible for balance sheet accounts reconciliation

What will you bring to the table?

* Fluent in Spanish and Italian, B1 in English
* Proven experience in Accounts Payables 2-3 years
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Knowledge of Google suite, particularly Gsheet.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude.
