Mission statement:
Complete all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of sales & operations, attending meetings and workshops, updating records, and preparing documentation. You should also be able to complete any required evaluations.

Your responsibilities:
* You will be completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. Preparing documents and updating records. Some administrative & paper works are required.
* You will be arranging sales or project critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc. Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
* You will be taking detailed notes and liaising with colleagues, managers, and other functions. Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
* You will be gaining knowledge of (COMPANY NAME) Energy policies, processes and tools. Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

Your background:
* Bachelor's degree or above, in Electrical Engineering field is a plus.
* Able to communicate effectively.
* Aggressive to learn and teamwork concept.
