Responsibilities:

(COMPANY NAME) is seeking to hire an Analyst to join the Management/COO team to support the operations, growth and strategy of (COMPANY NAME)' Strategic Advisory business. The global Strategic Advisory business management team is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, business operations, business development, reporting & analysis and business data management. This role will work closely with Firm Management and Strategic Advisory senior leadership and provide an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact and dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
* Work closely with Firm Management, Strategic Advisory leadership and the Strategic Advisory business on strategic and tactical projects including new business viability, account coverage and identifying growth opportunities
* Drive new business and efficiencies through business partnering, analytical insight and project management
* Support strategic decision-making through internal and external quantitative and qualitative reporting and business analysis
* Develop the firm's tools and metrics around business development and strategic initiatives
* Drive collaboration between industry, country and product teams within Strategic Advisory as well as across the firm with other business areas
* Develop an understanding of the firm's relationships and be a resource to disseminate that information across the Strategic Advisory business and the wider firm
* Collect and track firm data in various systems and Excel to support numerous processes and analyses
* Develop a deep understanding of the Strategic Advisory business, products and markets

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with relevant work, internship or school project experience
* Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organization, time and deadline management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently and self-motivate
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; both verbally and in writing
* Comfort working and communicating with professionals at all levels
* Strong judgement, discretion and ability to be proactive and show initiative
* Comfort handling highly confidential information
* High level of competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excel skills should include use of formulas and pivot tables.
* Experience with Anaplan an advantage
Expected annualized base salary of $65,000 to $85,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate's relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of (COMPANY NAME)' compensation structure. In addition to base salary, (COMPANY NAME)' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives, and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
