Firstly, I learned very basic approaches in the human resources department in a very big bank in Turkey. I almost worked as a full-time employee; thus, I gained a lot of skills in my department, from my managers and peers. It was really helpful because I earned first-hand experience in a work setting, and I decided that I like working in a big company. I decided to follow a career in management, human resources, and related fields.
