YOUR MISSIONS: Your role will be to support & assist to Operational Manager and Project Manager Supply Chain EE, with special focus on managing supply chain and reporting related to online business operated from our warehouse in Slovakia. TASKS: - Participation in projects related to online business, including involvement into User Acceptance Tests - Maintenance of parameters related to supply planning for online business in operational system - Check and challenge sales forecasts provided by DTC business lead (historical data, seasonality, key products,…) - Upload of Sales Forecast for online business into operational system - Preparation, analysis and publishing of the reports related to warehouse operation, pending shipments, stock availability and other statistics needed for supply chain management - Improve service level on our DTC products by reducing out of stock level - Identify slow movers to build depletion plan with DTC lead - Monitoring and setting action plan to have supply chain cost for online business in line with budget - Prepare key events (peak season, black Friday) to have the necessary resources with Distribution and 3PL team - Propose ways to improve productivity using automation and help facilitate process improvement to streamline activities and information flow - Participation in the meetings related to improvement projects and daily operation - Prepare and manage special projects and other assignments as assigned by Operational Manager or Project Manager

Candidate Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS: * Highschool or university degree in Supply Chain or Business Management * Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills * Advanced Excel skills (VLookups, IF formulas, Pivot Tables, data tables and graphs, etc.) * Initiative, reliable and team player * Fluent in English * Knowledge of SAP, Qliksense and accounting principles are a plus GOOD TO KNOW: You will love this assignment if: o Appreciate working in an environment that will provide you with an opportunity to learn and interact with numerous end-to-end business processes o You are a self-starter and curious about learning o You find interesting the reporting and following of statistics o You don't mind complexity but can interpret in simple terms to non-experts o You are an innovative thinker who is keen to explore ideas and make an impact, improvement, or change o You enjoy working with cross-functional teams And might find this assignment a mismatch if: o You expect a well-oiled machine where you simply maintain the status quo
