As part of the development of its Lubmarine activity, TotalEnergies has recently launched a new team focused on Pricing Business & Performance. This growing entity plays a strategic role in optimizing cost and pricing management across the global Lubmarine organization.

As a Cost & Pricing Assistant, you will support the Performance Department by contributing to workflow creation, data analysis, documentation writing, and the development of tools that make data smarter and more actionable for commercial decision-making.

Main responsibilities

* Proposing and/or contributing to the creation of new workflows related to pricing and performance
* Conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Writing documentation for processes and tools
* Participating in the development of management tools
* Making data "smart" and accessible to enhance commercial agility

Candidate Profile

Required education

Master's degree in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence or engineering degree with a specialization in management or economics, with a strong interest in data analysis and digital tools.

Technical skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
* Familiarity with Python (a plus)
* Comfortable with data management and analysis

* Analytical and synthetic thinking
* Curiosity and innovation mindset
* Autonomy and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a multicultural team

Languages
* Fluent English (minimum B2 level required) - 100% English-speaking team
* French : minimum intermediate level as the contract will be in French
