Could you be the VIE Manufacturing Engineer in Hennigsdorf we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. We'll look to you for: - Evaluation and comparison of industrial data - Creation of diagrams, KPIs, and presentations - Process representation and improvement - Participation in optimization initiatives - Collaboration with cross-functional teams for process enhancements - Opportunity to identify potential for securing the necessary personnel in the PME (Production Methods Engineering)

Candidate Requirements:

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: - Technical education in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science - Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the railway industry - Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, including writing manufacturing work instructions and line balancing - Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up - A strong understanding of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics - Experience with Process FMEA, QRQC, and time analysis methods (MTM, MEK, UAS) - Fluent in English - Good communication and teamwork skills - Self-motivation and a conscientious, organized approach Things you'll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
