iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Global Market Access Horizon Scanning Manager - VIE Contract

About the Team:

The Global Market Access Center of Excellence (GMAx CoE) drives and implements transversal initiatives for our three Global Market Access Units as well as local Market Access teams. The successful candidate will be a member of the GMAx CoE team and will be based in Barcelona.

As part of a high-performing international team, the Global Market Access Horizon Scanning Manager supports Global Market Access Horizon Scanning & Early Insights Leads based in different countries. You will participate in cross-functional activities of strategic monitoring and analysis related to market access on an international scale.

Responsibilities:

- Environmental monitoring and analysis: Contributing to the successful analysis of the evolution of healthcare systems, health technology assessment (HTA), as well as drug pricing and reimbursement policies in in at least 5 key priority markets (US, China, Japan, France, Germany) and the EU region.

- Coordination of different activities of the team: Delivering bi-monthly newsletters, summary notes on current topics, presentations, reports.

- Competitive intelligence: Monitoring and evaluation of competitor pharmaceutical companies' product portfolios, and analysis of their market access strategies.

- Quarterly update of Sanofi's product portfolio for strategic information purposes for Market Access teams

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate's profile:

Education:
* Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, health policy, or a related field.

Professional experience:
* 1 - 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within international or multicultural environment. Preferably in Market Access/Health Economics.

IT / hard skills:
* Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).
* Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
* Affinity to new digital channels, tools, and trends.

Soft skills:
* Experience in project management with strong analytical & organizational skills.
* Attention to detail, organized, structured and follow-up skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with colleagues across multiple cultures and time zones.
* Demonstrates positive attitude, proactive, embraces collaborative team atmosphere and comfortable with dynamic environment.

Languages:
* Fluent English.
* Good Spanish and/or French is a plus but not a prerequisite.
