Your mission, roles and responsibilities


Overall Responsibility:
This position will be an integral part of the Group Program Management Office, contributing to the Program Management transformation project. This role encompasses supporting change management initiatives, analyzing and tracking global efficiency projects.
Main Mission:
The primary mission is to support the effective transition and implementation of the Program Management transformation project.
Key responsibilities include:
* Change Management Support: Assist the team in managing the transition by detailing and monitoring transition activities, defining the education path, developing training modules, and executing training sessions. Additionally, build and maintain global and cross-functional communication channels.
* Efficiency Project Analysis and Tracking: Support the analysis, definition, and progress tracking of global efficiency projects. This involves creating benchmarks, analyzing and executing efficiency improvements, and providing necessary quantitative data for analyses.
* Reporting and Consolidation: Provide regular consolidation and progress tracking reports to be presented at various levels, from project teams to executive management.
* Special Projects: Assist to lead projects as needed, supporting relevant analyses and driving initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
This role requires a proactive, analytical, and organized individual with strong communication and training skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Qualifications
* Bachelor / Master preferably in Finance or Business Administration
* Experiences in industrial environment and / or product experiences are beneficial
* International experience
* MS-Office Excel, PowerPoint
* Fluent in English
