Marketing Data Analyst - VIE - Barcelona

Within the Paid Acquisition team (Marketing & Sales team department) and based in Barcelona, your mission is to analyze, optimize and scale our SEA performance for the Spanish market through a data-driven approach.
Your role consists in analyzing acquisition performance, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing our SEA campaigns to generate qualified leads for our Operations teams.
This is a strategic and highly analytical role for papernest since you will be managing one of our main acquisition channels for foreign countries. Your role will cover several areas : digital marketing, project management, SEA, data analysis and management.

Your futures missions :

Drive performance through data analysis :
* Analyse and monitor Spanish accounts with a data-driven (ROI-based) approach ;
* Test new campaigns, features and bidding strategy to increase our conversion rate and make sure we keep on growing ;
* Identify insights, prioritize and launch new test to boost our growth on these markets.

User experiences : own the whole SEA funnel for your accounts :
* Ensure perfect content creation, integration and tracking of our landing pages ;
* Promote a test & learn dynamic to better know our users and understand their behavior ;
* Benchmark our competitors and others sectors to find the best practices.

Data Analysis & Performance
* Analyze daily and weekly performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability. ;
* Build deep-dive analyses on campaign performance and experiments to support business decisions.

About you :

* Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus ;
* Business or engineering school ;
* A first experience in the Digital Marketing field or in Consulting, previous experience in SEO/PPC is a plus ;
* Strong analytical skills: you master Excel, SQL is a plus ;
* Strong sense of ownership ;
* Great interpersonal skills and great ability to communicate
