Missions
IT department about 3 persons, in charge of support level 1 and 2 for end users for 2 entities (70 persons). Covering helpdesk, business support and projects. Working closely with other entities in other countries.
You will join a team of three people, based across the Swiss and Central Europe regions, whose mission is to:
* Act as the first point of contact for users and customers
* Identify and diagnose issues and problems
* Categorize and log requests in Jira
* Provide solutions to incidents and issues
* Manage the inventory of all hardware
* Ensure alignment with group policies and standards
* Handle audit requests related to the infrastructure scope
