Job Description:

The Product Merchandiser Assistant will support the Women's Product Manager in building the success of the Middle East results.
The objective of the role is to drive sales and implement business initiatives effectively.
Skills required: Excellent analytical and communication skills, emotional intelligence, sales-driven mindset, dynamism, competitive awareness, excellent grooming, leading by example, humility, and humanity. Experience Required Experience or understanding of fashion retail (ideally product merchandising in luxury goods). A passion for Christian Dior and our collections. Strong understanding of retail business operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Quick adaptability to new software/systems. Excellent time management, commitment, flexibility, and self-motivation. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends. Fluency in a second language (French preferred)
