* Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies related to process, data, systems, and organizational ways of working.
* Analyze planning parameters, order placement logic, and planning horizons to support a more responsive and effective operating model.
* Partner with Industrial Planning, Inventory Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to gather requirements and align on process changes.
* Support the definition of business needs for system and tool enhancements required to enable the future-state planning model.
* Contribute to testing, implementation follow-up, and adoption of new processes, tools, and reporting.
* Prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations to support project governance, decision-making, and progress tracking.
* Document recommendations, standard operating procedures, and change impacts to support sustainable implementation.

* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with ERP/MRP or planning tools is a plus.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with operational and project stakeholders.
* Organized, rigorous, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent in English.
